Great product!

I got a 3 pack plus this UHF/VHF radio, and they’ve all been great! The UHF/VHF radio came pre-programmed to all the emergency channels in my area. Everything has been easy to use and Customer Service was amazing! I just ordered the base/car radio, and can’t wait to get it!

When I needed help rapid radio was there I received my package everything is perfectly intact and programmed and working I look forward for me and my mom to test out the phones and I'm thankful that rabbit radio created this you just never know when your service goes out they were very explanatory if you need long range you use the walkie-talkie but if you need to know what's going on then you use the other time that they have to offer I think it's really great thank you so much you kept me informed with the package arriving and thank you for explaining an exchanging out for the walkie-talkie which I need cuz me and Mom are over 50 Mi away I cannot wait to try it out this weekend

Warranty Policy

We are located in West Michigan. The radios come with a 12 month parts warranty backed by our small business, and we offer customer service 7 days a week.If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just contact us. Someone from our Michigan Office will make things right.

Security

These are secure, encrypted communications with AES and end to end encryption standards with 256-bit encryption. The government can't even listen in - and NO data is stored anywhere, as it streams the audio and is encrypted. Only people in your group can hear anything, or you can talk in a 1 on 1 setting as well, or a group - either one. It's not public communications. They are not trackable and nothing is recorded or stored. We also have headsets, for privacy as well so no one else can hear your communications. Lastly, you can NOT be tracked with this device. We have IoT sim cards with ALL the major carriers which are 100% anonymous and not linked to you in any way. They are totally private - and encrypted too.
