So far, I have nothing to complain about. I live in North Carolina and one of our drivers went to Kentucky and the radios worked very clear

Just a very good way of communicating

I was on a cruise and was able to speak with my son it worked great in PR and in the Caribbean islands it was like he was right next-door. The quality and the sound were perfect.

Awesome radios!

I bought these as an alternative to a cell phone for my 12 year old. This way he can reach me if needed. These have been awesome and we haven't gone more than about 40 miles apart so far to test them, but they have worked great at that distance. The only issue we have had is where we live we don't get phone signal in our home and so we also don't get service on these radios in our home. There are a few spots that we can get limited service in the house but overall if he's away I'll just sit the radio in one of those spots and he can just push his talk button and when I hear it go off I know to take the radio outside and talk to him there. I really do love these radios and would 100% recommend them!

We are located in West Michigan. The radios come with a 12 month parts warranty backed by our small business, and we offer customer service 7 days a week.If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just contact us. Someone from our Michigan Office will make things right.

Security

These are secure, encrypted communications with AES and end to end encryption standards with 256-bit encryption. The government can't even listen in - and NO data is stored anywhere, as it streams the audio and is encrypted. Only people in your group can hear anything, or you can talk in a 1 on 1 setting as well, or a group - either one. It's not public communications. They are not trackable and nothing is recorded or stored. We also have headsets, for privacy as well so no one else can hear your communications. Lastly, you can NOT be tracked with this device. We have IoT sim cards with ALL the major carriers which are 100% anonymous and not linked to you in any way. They are totally private - and encrypted too.
