When I first received them

When I first received them, I was super excited to have them for my family and for us to try them out. At first, they were not working and kept blinking red, I reached out to customer service and Pasty M responded back quickly and was able to get all of the walkie-talkies working with a good ole reset on their end. We LOVE them!

Rapid Radios and Family connectivity

We purchased Rapid Radios for our family to help us stay connected while traveling, especially in areas and on lakes where cell service can be unreliable. So far, they’ve been exactly what we were hoping for. The radios feel solid, well-built, and easy to use, which makes them practical for everyone in the family.

In our experience, they’ve performed reliably and given us peace of mind when we’re spread out in low-connectivity areas. That alone has made them a worthwhile investment.

We’re looking forward to putting them to an even bigger test soon on a Norwegian cruise. I’m hopeful they’ll allow us to stay in touch both on the ship and during excursions, where communication can sometimes be a challenge.

Overall, we’re very pleased with the purchase and would recommend Rapid Radios to anyone looking for a simple, dependable way to stay connected off the grid.

Great customer service.

I want to start off by saying thank you to Patsy in Customer Service. I was having an issue getting my base station to turn on. It wouldn’t cycle pass the QR code screen. That’s when Patsy came to my rescue. After walking me through a few trouble shooting, she determined a new base station was needed. She processed the order and in a few daysI had a working base station at my door. Thank you again Patsy.

Warranty Policy

We are located in West Michigan. The radios come with a 12 month parts warranty backed by our small business, and we offer customer service 7 days a week.If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just contact us. Someone from our Michigan Office will make things right.

Security

These are secure, encrypted communications with AES and end to end encryption standards with 256-bit encryption. The government can't even listen in - and NO data is stored anywhere, as it streams the audio and is encrypted. Only people in your group can hear anything, or you can talk in a 1 on 1 setting as well, or a group - either one. It's not public communications. They are not trackable and nothing is recorded or stored. We also have headsets, for privacy as well so no one else can hear your communications. Lastly, you can NOT be tracked with this device. We have IoT sim cards with ALL the major carriers which are 100% anonymous and not linked to you in any way. They are totally private - and encrypted too.
