Let’s talk about it :) No pun intended 😀😀I love these radios! This is a Michigan based company - and you’re riding in the UP - you know that cell service is sparse! Take these bad dogs with you and don’t worry about lost time or the ones that can’t keep up. We all worry about impending doom - haha These will be a lifesaver if we lose cell service in a storm as well. Lastly - I got a mid 20’s that travels for work. We keep it custom to keep these on us in the event of need!

These radios are legit. Purchased a few for emergency use and decided to take one with me on a trip to test. I was in Arizona and was able to talk to my wife in Illinois with crystal clear comms. We couldn’t believe how instant and static free it was. She works dispatch for a local police department and her watch commander said our radios were better and clearer than the ones the department currently uses and we were 1700 miles apart! Great company out of Michigan with even better customer service. Will be purchasing more for sure. One for our daughter that goes to school in NY and adding a few at work. Buy once, no subscription, made in the USA. It’s a no brainer. Highly recommend.

Received my Radios last Wednesday. On Thursday we tested them when I had to travel 100 miles away, they worked perfectly! I’m certainly glad I purchased six of them so my family can keep in touch incase of an emergency, but I’m sure we will have some playtime with them as well. I did a lot of research for a quality radio with a long range. Rapid Radios seemed like the best option for me. I purchased the radios to keep in touch with my adult children during hurricanes and sever weather when power and communication loss becomes a high risk. My wife and I live in Raleigh, NC and our children live in Houston, Tx. Last weekend I was able to travel to Houston and give them each a radio. When we returned home to Raleigh, we were able to give the radios a true test. The quality was better than talking over the phone. My only concerns is if we will still be able to connect if cell towers are affected.
I told my brother about the radios, and he stated that he had been looking at the radios as well. He stated that since I purchased them and approve, he plans to purchase to provide his distant kids.

I love these Rapid radios. I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair, so my girlfriend takes one to work because she doesn't always get cellphone service in the building. We also use them at night incase I need assistance getting back in bed or fall.

We are located in West Michigan. The radios come with a 12 month parts warranty backed by our small business, and we offer customer service 7 days a week.If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, just contact us. Someone from our Michigan Office will make things right.

Security

These are secure, encrypted communications with AES and end to end encryption standards with 256-bit encryption. The government can't even listen in - and NO data is stored anywhere, as it streams the audio and is encrypted. Only people in your group can hear anything, or you can talk in a 1 on 1 setting as well, or a group - either one. It's not public communications. They are not trackable and nothing is recorded or stored. We also have headsets, for privacy as well so no one else can hear your communications. Lastly, you can NOT be tracked with this device.
