Work great. Small and compact.

These radios are by far the best we have ever used. I’ve been two states away and my project super was able to communicate with me. Service and warranty is second to none. We will never purchase another brand radio again.

We're very happy with them! We've tested them out across the country and have had great signal.

The dock is a quick and convenient way to charge multiple radios at once vs plugging in each individual radio. The drawbacks: the bottoms of the radios do not align with the dock and requires some careful alignment when placing the radios into a cradle. The misalignment happens a lot in the beginning until you become used to the exact placement. Not at all like other docking I've used in the past, where it is almost drop and forget. Additionally, the silicon protective sleeve cannot be used with the cradle, only with the plug-in cord.

A good feature on the dock components are the indicator power LED lights. One on the wall transformer, and one on each cradle spot. (Once the dock is turned on, the LED indicator is a low power red indicator light showing the power is working for that cradle. Once a radio is properly placed in position, it increases the lumens to confirm charging. No guessing.)

They certainly make it easy to charge several at one time in one location!
